1. Subscription Plans

Regular and Premium Plans

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Due to the nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once a subscription has been activated. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.

One-Off Consultation

This service is a one-time payment, and refunds are not available after the consultation has begun.

2. Cancellation Policy

3. Refund Policy
